I found this site by accident while searching for a pair of Burberry boots. The boots were $495 at an exclusive department store online. However, I found the boots on Coltortiboutique.com for $288.
I ordered the boots on 8/31...received them all the way from Italy to Houston on 9/7.

The website indicates that import taxes need to be paid - when you check import tax you find an estimate (in my case 6 pounds) but expect a much bigger bill as there are a range of other taxes - my 6 pounds became 110 pounds) - buyer beware - would not go near them again

Only received part of my package. Still waiting for someone to contact me via email and I also had to pay an unknown duty fee. Very dissatisfied that I have to wait to speak to a representative

I contact with customer service to change the cloth size and was rejected (within 24h after order). Then I required to cancel so that I can place a new order and the customer service just told me the produce has been shipped out. There is no direct cancel in the website and all contact can only be via email. The difference time zone make such contact very inefficient.
